At Ulu Boheme, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including all components and accessories that were included in the package. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of heavy use are not eligible for a refund.

Before sending any items back, you must contact us first at info@uluboheme.com to explain the issue with your order. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted. Once we receive your request, our team will provide detailed instructions on how to return your items.

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

We cannot issue refunds for items returned without authorization, items missing parts, items that have been used or installed, or items received after the 30-day return window.
